OXOGEN Residence
Welcome to a quaint modern fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath single family home away from home centrally located in Mechanicsville, Maryland. Enjoy all the amenities of a full kitchen, stylishly decorated living room, queen primary suite and 2 additional queen bedrooms that share a bath and guest ½ bath. A loft with a futon is available in addition to the three bedrooms. The home comes complete with kitchen dinnerware and appliances, washer/dryer, TVs, wi-fi, outside grill, ample parking and other amenities for guests. This beautiful home is in a wooded area surrounded by nature. You can relax to serenity inside the home or enjoy the outdoors. OXOGEN residence is just a short walk to the MIR racetrack.

OXOGEN Venue
The outdoor setting can accommodate up to 250 people for an event. An outdoor Event Center, Pavilion, and Grill Station are available to accommodate you. You are free to set up your own event or collaborate with the OXOGEN team for themes, decorations, catering, DJ, photography, or a wide variety of music (including live music) and a high-quality sound system.
OXOGEN Sponsored Events
Experience the delight and enjoyment of food, music, comedy, and festivals presented by OXOGEN. Live music and local artists will showcase their talents. Bring your family and friends to Karaoke or just dance the night away. All OXOGEN sponsored events are lighthearted and family friendly.
